Interactive Drama
Using a Facilitator plus a team of 2 or 3 professional actors we will provide our delegates with a unique training experience based on the concepts of Forum Theatre and Interactive Experiential Learning. This is a highly participative method of training with a high degree of interest and 'transfer of learning' capability.

Conference Presentations

Professional 'Role Play'

This method allows for practical involvement in a variety of ways; Individual 'Case Study' with delegates, interviewing techniques or aspects of management or supervisory development and 'Customer Care'concepts.
For interactive drama and professional role play, each 'script' is developed to address client specific requirements and each character is chosen to best fit in with existing client culture.

Simon Crouch, Managing Director, has been involved in training, health and safety and management for human resources more than 25 years, working in various industries from Electricity Supply, Engineering, Chemical Manufacturing, NHS and Regional Airport. Since 1996 he has been working as a Consultant delivering training within a number of industries including Oil and Gas, Health Care and Local Government using a variety of delivery methods.
Having been trained and working as a Professional Actor, Simon has been much involved in the design and delivery of training and coaching packages utilising the concepts and techniques of drama based experiential learning.
This experience combined with more traditional techniques, provides clients with a breadth of knowledge to draw from and a highly innovative approach to learning.
